Food

The communal dining is extremely important for our togetherness. This is where you just meet and follow each other's everyday life - and just a good time to make other social and practical agreements.

Currently there is communal dining 4 times a week.  You can eat in our shared house or take the food home and enjoy it in peace and quiet with the family. There is always a vegetarian option - and we only eat the meat that we produce ourselves. This means that on average we only eat meat approx. 1-2 times a week, but in return it is always wonderful meat that we know where it comes from.

In the village we bake all our rye bread ourselves. The rye bread is basic, and during the packed lunch season, 25-30 loaves of bread are baked and eaten a week. We also work together to make jam, fermentation and other good things for the fridge.

We also have a kiosk with the opportunity to buy both sweets and a good bottle of eco-wine J
