The Self-sufficient Village is an organic farming and housing community, which is inspired by permacultural principles. We work on concrete solutions to global climate and environmental problems.

Our Values

We are (thankfully) a diverse community with many different perspectives on life.
But of course we have some overall values that we share:

We want to take care of the natural and social world in which we live. We therefore try together to be part of the solutions to modern climate and lifestyle challenges.

Community

Sustainability requires communities and the support of the broad majority. We want to create a responsible and caring community that develops and works together to create a sustainable everyday life in the countryside.
