The houses in the village are built according to permacultural principles with a focus on sustainability. Most residents have built their own houses or co-built with others, which ensures a high degree of personal customization and environmental responsibility.

Price Cap on Sale

The sale prices for houses in the village do not follow the market prices in the surrounding society. We have adopted maximum amounts per square meter and other guidelines for selling houses, which ensure that house prices are kept below a certain level. This makes it possible for more people to become part of the community.
